Physical Books

All books sold through GrowthFrame Studio are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order.
Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been processed.
However, we will gladly assist in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:-
Your order number

Clear photos of the issue
A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong book due to an error on our end, we will correct it promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Minor print variations (slight color, trim, or texture differences common with print-on-demand)

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
